To maintain the professional and ethical standards of psychological assessment, PhilTests requires all practitioners to undergo an accreditation process. This ensures that our copyrighted materials are used only by qualified professionals in compliance with the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (RA 8293), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and the PAP Code of Ethics for professional and ethical use.
Who Can Apply?
Accreditation is open to individuals involved in psychological testing, including:
Licensed Professionals: Registered Psychologists and Psychometricians.
Specialized Practitioners: Guidance Counselors and HR Professionals with documented training in psychological assessment.
Requirements for Application
Before requesting your form, please ensure you can provide the following documentation for verification:
Educational Credentials: Details of your highest relevant degree and/or a list of specific coursework (e.g., Psychometrics, Intelligence Testing).
Academic Records: A copy of your academic transcript or certificate of relevant coursework.
Professional Licensure: A certified copy of your valid PRC license indicating your license number and validity date.
Experience: Total years of experience and a brief description of your current role in psychological testing.
Identification: A recent 1x1 or passport-sized photo for your Accreditation ID.
Professional Training: For non-psychologists (e.g., HR, Guidance), a detailed explanation of your specific training in assessment tools.
How to Apply
To maintain professional standards, PhilTests does not host the Accreditation Form publicly. This serves as a pre-filter to ensure only qualified professionals initiate the application process and prevents the unauthorized scraping of any information from the form for malicious purposes.
